Papers not presented (no-show) at the corresponding NSS-2013 session will be excluded from publication (IEEE Xplore).

All types of Registration (Standard and Student; Early, Regular and Late/On-site) include: Conference fees, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference bag, and one copy of the electronic conference proceedings. Standard Registration additionally includes, together with the already mentioned items, lunch for all three days, which will be optional for Student Registration. Full Registration upgrades Standard Registration, by including Banquet Dinner and Flamenco Show. Full Student Registration upgrades Student Registration by including Banquet Dinner and Flamenco Show, and lunch for all three days.

NSS-2013 offers a selected range of premium accommodation options at preferential rates near to the venue for your convenience, guaranteeing room availability, excellence and refinement of all hotels, located within a range of 3 to 15 min walking distance to the Conference venue. In order to avoid potentially unpleasing experiences, we strongly recommend attendees to make their accommodation selection through the NSS-2013 website online "Registration and Hotel Accommodation" option; in this way, you will benefit from NSS-2013 hotel supervision and support, though these NSS-2013 services may unbalance hotel rates when compared to other baseline offers you may find.

The conference facility can accommodate a limited number of attendees. Therefore, we advise all the interested participants to register as early as possible.

Registration payments will only be possible by credit card (all major credit cards are accepted) or bank wire transfer; no checks or money orders can be accepted. Bank and/or credit card fees are not included in the Conference fees. There will be a fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate.
