Final Submission Instructions NEW!

Papers must be submitted according to the IEEE templates available (Please use letter size paper and 6 pages máximum). In addition, you must fill up the (C) transfer form. Final paper along with signed copyright transfer form must be submitted through the easychair conference system before July 9. Then, a final revision will be given by July 15.

To ensure the availability of your manuscript in IEEEXplore, use the IEEE's PDF eXpress validator to check compliance of your manuscript. PDF eXpress can validate PDF files you submit, and it can also convert source documents (MS-Word, WordPerfect, RTF, LaTeX, etc.) to PDF files for you.

Abstract Submission

Submit abstracts of approximately 300 words through the EasyChair conference system at abstract submission. EasyChair abstract submission.

Abstracts have to be in English and describe an original work of the authors and must include title, keywords, author data and topic number. Abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference and Executive Committee members. All authors will be notified. Conference proceedings will appear in IEEE Xplore.

Submission deadlines

The submission deadlines are:

• Submission of abstract, Extended: May 12, 2017 (April 28, 2017)
• Submission of full paper (to be received by): July 9, 2017
• Submission of camera-ready paper (to be received by): September 8, 2017
